The EMEA Cash Cycle Seminar (ICCOS) – Istanbul

Following on from the successful trio of Banknote Conference, Currency Conference and Digital Currency Conference in February, Currency Research (CR) is preparing for their next in-person event, the EMEA Cash Cycle Seminar. This year’s event – from 31 May-2 June in Istanbul – will include a record 40 speakers.

The Cash Cycle Seminars are focused on peer-to-peer education and networking between commercial banks, central banks and CIT/CMC companies, predominantly examining cash trends, process efficiency and optimisations, and cash cycle sustainability.

The event commences with a Central Bank Summit hosted by the Central Bank of Turkey, which will draw together an anticipated 15+ central banks from across the region to discuss several key topics and understand the different central bank perspectives on them – The Role of Central Bank Money In The Economy, The Role of Commercial Entities in Providing Cash Services, The Role Of Cash As a Fallback. The session will conclude with a review of the key highlights from the Banknote & Currency Conference for those in attendance unable to travel to Washington DC in February.
