Elevating Security Documents: Next-Generation Micro Perforation

The mechanics of micro perforation
A core highlight of modern security design is micro-perforation. This process creates extremely small, laser-etched patterns directly into a document’s substrate. Unlike traditional security methods that require specialty inks, micro-perforation requires absolutely zero consumables. The resulting patterns remain invisible under normal lighting conditions but reveal intricate designs when held against a standard light.
