Two Cash Industry Giants to Combine
Two of the cash industry’s biggest names have announced a tie up. The leader in CIT and cash management, The Brink’s Company, is buying NCR Atleos, the No 1 ATM and self service supplier, for $6.6 billion.
The companies expect the transactions to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions, according to the release. The combined entity will have total revenues of $10 billion, $2 billion of adjusted EBITDA and about $1 billion of free cash flow.
Brinks has operations in 51 countries and serves customers in over 100 countries, providing cash and valuables management, digital retail solutions, and ATM managed services. It operates 16,100 vehicles out of 1,300 facilities with a staff of 68,100 people.
