Managing Your Team
Accessing your team
If you are an organisation admin, you can manage your team from the Team page. Open the account menu in the top-right corner of any page, or go directly to /team/.
The Team page is only visible to organisation admins — if your account is a standard member, you will not see this option.
What the Team page shows you
Subscriptions
At the top of the page, a card is shown for each active subscription your organisation holds, with the publication name, the subscription tier (e.g. Standard, Premium, Enterprise), the start date and the renewal date. Expired subscriptions are shown greyed out, with their expiry date highlighted.
Seat usage
Below the subscription cards, a summary line shows how many team members you currently have against your plan's limit — for example, “4 of 10 team members used”. If your plan allows an unlimited number of users, this instead reads “Unlimited team members • 4 currently invited”.
Your seat limit is calculated automatically from your organisation's active subscriptions. If your organisation subscribes to more than one publication on different plan tiers, the highest seat limit among them applies.
Active sessions
If any team members are currently signed in, a banner shows the total number of active sessions across your subscriptions, with a Kill all sessions button that immediately signs every team member out. You will be asked to confirm — “This will immediately log out all active team members. Continue?” — since this cannot be undone.
The members table
The table lists every active member of your team:
- Member — the person's name and email address.
- Role — an Admin badge, or “Member” for standard users.
- Last login — when this person last signed in, or “Never” if they have not yet accepted their invite.
- Active now — a green dot for each publication this person is currently signed into, with a small × button to disconnect that individual session.
- Actions — buttons to change this person's role or remove them from the team.
Switching between publications
If your organisation, or your personal account, has active subscriptions to more than one of our publications, you can move between them without signing in again. Open the account menu — if you have access to other titles, a Switch publication section lists them, each marked with that publication's brand colour. Selecting one takes you straight to that publication's site, already signed in.
Important Notes
- Only organisation admins can access the Team page.
- Your seat limit is shared across the whole organisation, not a per-admin allowance.
- If your team is at its seat limit, a warning banner appears and the Invite member button is replaced with your current usage.
