Two Cash Industry Giants to Combine

Two of the cash industries biggest names have announced a tie up. The leader in CIT and cash management, The Brink’s Company, is buying NCR Atleos, the No 1 ATM and self service supplier, for $6.6 billion. The companies expect the transactions to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions, according to the release. The combined entity will have total revenues of $10 billion, $2 billion of adjusted EBITDA and about $1 billion of free cash flow.
